Richard Bowden is Marketing Director across No7 Beauty Company’s portfolio of brands, including No7, Soap & Glory, Liz Earle, Botanics and Sleek.
He held marketing and digital roles at Unilever and British Airways and prior to this worked Creative Agency side in the UK and Australia. He is an experienced Marketing Director, having worked across a range of disciplines including brand management, product innovation, digital, ecommerce, consumer insight, NRM.
His personal highlights this year include launching No7 Menopause range and service and the multi-award winning No7 Future Renew, which has become the biggest beauty launch and franchise in the UK.

Richard is passionate about mentoring and developing talent, he is a member of Boots Diversity and Inclusion leadership group. Richard is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and currently on Marketing Academy Fellowship 2024 Cohort.
