‘Founder-led, fast-paced, no bullshit’: One marketer on finding the right working culture
With stints at corporate giants including Kraft Heinz and General Mills and scale-ups such as Monster, Belazu and now Holy Moly, Chris Busher believes in finding the right environment and sticking to it.
Chris Busher had every intention of leaving school at 16 to pursue his dream of becoming a chef. However, his journey into the food industry took a slightly different path.
Determined to follow his passion for food, he gained work experience at restaurants, hotels and pubs. But after excelling at his GCSEs, Busher was persuaded by his parents and teachers to pursue A-levels. Eventually, he earned a spot at Durham University.
Unsure of what to study and following what “every young teenager does in the UK”, Busher picked his favourite subject at school to study at university: Biology.
