‘The shopping list is too long’: Marketing recruitment still a ‘buyer’s market’
Brands still hold all the cards when it comes to the job market, but some green shoots might be emerging, say recruiters.

While the consensus is marketers are largely at the mercy of brands as recruitment remains a “buyer’s market”, green shoots could be emerging as the market picks up, albeit from a standing start.
