‘Every slice has a story’: Pizza Hut on its mission to become the UK’s ‘number one’
Pizza Hut is hoping its latest creative platform will reach a new generation of pizza lovers by creating “emotional connections” with its brand.
Pizza Hut’s UK CMO insists the brand will be “bold” in its quest to become “the number one choice in pizza”.
Jana Ulaite took on the mantle of the brand’s top marketer for UK, Ireland and France at the beginning of this year. Her goal is to ensure the “iconic” pizza chain is first choice for consumers, particularly younger diners.
“We have a clear vision – to be the number one choice in pizza,” she says. To do this, the brand will capture “the joy” pizza can bring in order to win over consumers.
In a bid to stand out to these younger consumers, Pizza Hut launched a new creative platform ‘Together We Pizza’, created with agency Iris, the first iteration of which went live on Monday (15 July).
