You’d have to cast your mind back a long way to find a set of financial results anticipated quite as keenly as chipmaker Nvidia’s Q2 results which came out overnight (28 Aug) after the market had closed.
Following disappointing results (well, in so much as they missed expectations) from Google, Tesla and Microsoft’s cloud service, shares have been somewhat volatile in the tech category, leading many to speculate that the AI boom was about to become a bust.
