Moderna’s brand chief: If you don’t have hardship in your career you can’t grow

Learning from failure is one of the best ways to develop in your career, according to Kate Cronin, chief brand officer at pharmaceutical firm Moderna.
This is the key advice she would give her younger self.
“Everybody wants to be great and succeed. But you grow and you get better with true grit. And true grit comes from hardship. If you don’t have any hardship in your career, then I don’t know how you’re growing and getting better,” she said this morning (20 June) at Cannes Lions
