ITV cites ‘firm’ ad market as total ad revenue sees 10% boost

ITV has reported higher than expected growth in total advertising revenue, up 10% for the first half of the year to £899m.
The growth was driven by a “very successful” performance of the 2024 UEFA Euros and a year-on-year increase in viewing of Love Island. This was driven by a 17% rise in digital advertising revenue for the six months ended 30 June 2024.
