Skills learned and relationships made early in life can have a profound impact on one’s career, even 25 years on.
That’s certainly the case for Wise CMO Cian Weeresinghe, who hasn’t relied on luck to get where he is today, but instead “engineered serendipity”.
“You have to leave an impression, whatever that may be, and that sometimes requires a bit of effort, but they’ll think of you top of mind in the future,” he explains.
